More than ever, land is increasingly becoming a scarce resource, particularly in dense metropolitan areas. And since it is probably the only asset that does not devalue, optimizing the use of land can never be over emphasized.
At RADIAN Consulting, Inc., land development is what we do best. We support urban planners and land developers in transforming raw expanse of land to sprawling golf courses, or a modern industrial complex, or yet to urban centers.
Our involvement in major land development projects across the country ranges from preparation of environmental impact statement, to master planning of site utilities, detailed engineering design, cost estimating, to construction management of buildings and structures, road networks, water supply and distribution system, storm water drainage system, sewerage system, to wastewater treatment plant.

Rockwell
The Rockwell Center in Makati, a 16-hectare mixed-used development, consisting of residential apartment bldg., office, retail mall, health club, graduate school, hotel and convention center is a fine example of urban land development.
First Philippine Industrial Park
First Philippine Industrial Park in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, a 300-hectare raw land, had been developed into an industrial estate, complete with road network system, water supply and distribution system, storm water drainage, sewerage system, electric power distribution and communications system.
Meralco Urban Center
The Center is envisioned to be a micro-city within the 27-hectare Meralco Compound along Ortigas Avenue in Pasig. RADIAN did the engineering masterplan, water, sewerage, and drainage systems, including its road network. The Center is another high end property being developed by the Benpres Holding Corporation, the same developer that put up the highly successful Rockwell Center.
Hacienda Luisita
The Hacienda Luisita in San Miguel, Tarlac, is a fine example of our expertise in developing a vast area of land for mixed use. The 6,000-hectare property consists of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional areas complemented with roads, parks, airport and village centers.
