To ensure that the high end residential towers of Rockwell conform to internationally accepted fire safety codes, Rockwell Land Inc. turned to RADIAN to masterplan, design and provide engineering support during construction of its five high rise residential towers.
Concept Design
Creative, cost effective design solutions for fire and life safety including preparation of masterplan documents using performance based engineering and design techniques.
Firesafety Audit, Peer Review and Inspection Services
Independent third party audit of facilities and peer review of firesafety documents to expedite plan approvals, inspections, and testing of new and retrofit firesafety systems. We provide firm determination of diligent compliance with fire and building codes.
Inspection and performance testing and evaluation of systems including fire detection and alarm systems, automatic sprinkler systems, elevator recall, fire and jockey pumps, smoke control systems and emergency egress.

Qualified fire protection engineers and practitioners provide not only technical support to our clients during several phases of the project, but also conduct timely and regular seminars and short courses on fire protection and life safety. These seminars are designed to serve both as learning tools and as job aid for those who are involved in design, inspection, evaluation and review of fire protection systems and life safety features.
